In 2022, Caroline founded Gibson Hallmark Health, which focuses on enhancing leaders' performance through tailored, transformational coaching programs and retreats. She is an Advanced Trauma-Informed Breathwork expert who has undergone extensive training in this area.

Caroline specializes in facilitating global corporate breathwork events, including keynotes, workshops and transformational breathwork sessions. She has worked with corporate leadership teams across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa.
