Stephen Gibson BA Hons, MSc, C.Psychol. is a Chartered Business Psychologist who has worked in the business and academic fields since 1992. Stephen has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and has worked extensively in Executive Coaching and Development. Stephen worked as an Associate for Saville and Holdsworth Limited for 7 years and his Post Graduate Degree was personally supervised by Peter Saville the co-founder of SHL. For over 30 years Stephen has worked extensively with Leading FMCG organisations and most major beverage bottlers across the globe, assessing over 4000 Managers & Leaders and working with over 200 Leadership teams. He has extensive experience and expertise in leading team alignment workshops and in designing and delivering talent development programmes.
Stephen is co-founder and Managing Director of Gibson Hallmark.
